Our first step is grinding. For every single batch of concrete, we begin at a different level of grinding. The level depends on the existing condition of the concrete. We use many different kinds of grinding machines, beginning with light 100pound grinding machine, and ending with 800pound grinding machine. The type of machine used depends on concrete we are servicing. Usually, we do six coats of grinding. Our process is a “wet” process usually most companies use a “dry grind” to service the concrete. However, we differentiate ourselves by using a wet process through the water tanks that our grinding machines have. We grind with water, and vacuum the excess immediately. This process creates a smoother floor, more durable surface with less dust, compared to the commonly used dry process.

After grinding we finish our process through polishing and sealing the now grinded and cleaned concrete. We use only the highest quality products for our services.
